NUTRITION & WEIGHT LOSS COUNSELING (60 minutes)
Together we will develop a custom plan for healthy eating that will help you:

  • learn how to eat what you love and not gain weight

  • conquer dieting once and for all - change your eating habits permanently for lasting results

  • identify and eliminate triggers that cause emotional eating

YOGA SESSIONS (60 minutes)

  • private session designed to improve flexibility, correct posture, and release tension
  • session benefits will de-stress, revive and repair an overwhelmed body
  • releases tension and promotes mental and physical healing

TRACKING RESULTS

An important part of the weight loss and body transformation process is tracking results. To maximize your progress, we need to continually build upon and adjust your program. This cannot be done effectively without proper monitoring and ongoing assessments. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

ONGOING SUPPORT & MAINTENANCE
We will show you techniques to improve strength, endurance and nutritional maintenance for a lifetime. You will learn valuable techniques that can be incorporated into your lifestyle for years to come.

We also encourage clients to continue their fitness & nutrition programs post-wedding.
